Who Are We?
Service League of NWI is a 501c3 non-profit, philanthropic organization. For more than 80 years, we have supported a wide range of local charitable organizations that help strengthen our community. Our mission at Service League is to continue helping these local organizations that do the most good. Each week, our group personally delivers meals to homebound individuals through Meals on Wheels of NWI.
Thanks to the generous support of our corporate sponsors, attendees, local businesses, and auction/raffle donors, Service League has been able to raise over $500,000 in the last 10 years. As a completely volunteer-staffed group, we are proud to say that 100% of these profits were donated to charities in the community.
Service League of NWI is hosting our annual fundraising event, Taste of the Region, on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Halls of St. George, Schererville, Indiana. The evening will consist of live entertainment, silent auction, a full open bar, and a delicious array of savory appetizers and delectable sweets from the top restaurants in Northwest Indiana. We can assure you, this will be the party of the year - you won't want to miss it!
