We need volunteers to help with several tasks before, during and after the event. These tasks may include:
Set Up - carrying boxes, helping unload vehicles from auction committee
Picking up food from donating restaurants
Serving food or at least assisting restaurants with handing out samples/tastes
Helping reserve tables for sponsors
Working coat check
Running auction items at check out
Helping during live auction
Filling sanitizing stations, water glasses, etc
Helping restaurants set up/carry items
Being helpers for any other duties as assigned by the event chair or committee members.
This event is for ages 21 or older so minors MUST adhere to strict directions on restricted areas (bar, kitchen, etc.).
We are just a few days away from our big event, the 2019 Taste of the Region! I truly appreciate your willingness to help during our big day! Please see the report time and instructions below, this is subject to change so please be flexible! If you are assigned the Check In/Givesmart assignment, please see training info at bottom of this email! You are a KEY part of our check in, auction and checkout process so please be prepared!:) You will be equipped with a personal IPAD during the event! If for some reason you can't make it, please let me know right away!

I wanted to personally thank all of you for your willingness to serve and help us with our annual fundraiser! Our event generates over $65,000 in net profits that goes to help THOUSANDS of people receiving services from over 35 non-profit organizations in Northwest Indiana.
